Bringing this stately building back to life with a modern flair was a labor of love, sweat and tears. In the process we fell in love with the Glasgow community, the wonderful shops, restaurants and farmers markets.
Or mission is to provide sanctuary for the traveling professional. Cozy, relaxing apartments that rest and restore the worker away from home.
The natural beauty of this City is abundant all year round. What will you like best? Dogwood trees blooming in the Spring, Fireflies in the Summer, brilliant Fall colors. Or maybe it will be the Farmers Market, or live music on the Square.

Windows overlooking a park like setting. Comfortably decorated with Ceiling fan, a large screen TV.
2 Bedrooms
located at the back of the unit.
The master has a queen bed, dresser, endtable, and black out curtains.
The second bedroom has a twin bed and desk and black out curtains.
1 Bathroom-
Updated Bright and light. tile, tub with handheld shower head.
1 Garage Space- with remote. Small to mid size cars only.

Comfortable and Accommodating
Submitted: 12/7/2023 12:00:00 AM When we first looked at this apartment it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there must be a catch. Everything was as perfect as it seemed on line. S and E are most thoughtful they provided us with all the information we needed and showed us the best restaurant ever. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is light and clean. Close to downtown and shopping. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. We would 100% recommend a stay here.

Submitted: 9/1/2023 10:03:02 PM I can't say enough about this apartment. Everything in this apartment is top of the line. The location is just gorgeous, with all the mature trees to enjoy . Just minutes from a walkable downtown, which is gorgeous and they have a farmers market along with lots of cute shops. Great eating places downtown as well. The hospital is just five blocks up the road which is walkable as well with a nice sidewalk all the way to the hospital. The owners are a great bonus so friendly and there for whatever needs you may need, which I haven't needed anything. They have everything covered. This is a must rent!!! I'm just hoping the hospital needs me longer than 13 weeks!!!

Gorgeous brand new apartment
Submitted: 6/21/2023 9:37:28 PM Absolutely beautiful furnished apartment. I was the first tenant after renovations and it is all top of the line. The owners provided everything that you would need and the location is a 2 minute drive to TJ Samson hospital and close to everything in Glasgow. You wont regret renting this unit!!
